Highlight the important and growing role of women within the industry at a membership meeting or community event. Share their contributions in a newsletter or website.

Plan a local event that honors women whose achievements benefit the home building industry and their community.

Change your profile picture on Facebook, Twitter or other social media platforms for the week. Download the PWB Week graphic at nahb.org/pwbweek and use it to spread the word.

Write an article for your local paper or a blog post for your website that shares resources to encourage women to pursue careers in engineering, skilled trades and other professions that support the home building industry.

Make a contribution to the NAHB PWB Building Hope Scholarship Fund or the National Housing Endowment/NAHB PWB Strategies for Success Scholarship program, which support young women and students pursuing industry-related education.
