Congratulations go out to Tulsan Phil Rhees, voted last week to join the OSHBA leadership ladder for the upcoming year.
Phil Rhees
Rhees was awarded state "Builder of the Year" in 2010 as recognized by his peers. He has been involved in local, state and national association work, is a Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Green Professional, both national designations. He has served in several "Parade" leadership roles, 2000 Builder of the Year in Tulsa and is the voice on the executive committee of the National Association of Home Builders for the state association, keeping the state membership informed about national issues.
He is a partner of BMI Properties with his father, Bill Rhees, in business since 1965.

Steve Sullivan
We also would like to recognize Steve Sullivan with OG&E, who will be joining the state AssociatesCouncil leadership ladder next year. Steve has been an active member at the state and local level, andyou'll see him around most industry meetings, from the Green Council to the builders' gatherings. Andtaking over the presidency of is Donna Cullins of Norman, current vice president and longtime memberof the Associates Council.
