Adam’s journey in the homebuilding industry dates back to 2008 while pursuing a business degree at UCO. Finding his aptitude was matched only by his passion, Adam envisioned a transformation in the custom home-building experience. As someone who naturally prioritizes relationships in his personal life, Adam takes the same approach in business by fostering strong client relationships and eliminating the common frustrations and headaches associated with home construction.

In 2011, Adam met Blake Ham, an incredibly talented designer who became his wife. Their shared interests were a perfect fit for a professional partnership, and together, they established Bear Creek Homes in 2013. With Adam's sharp business acumen and Blake's exceptional eye for design, Bear Creek Homes became known for its unique, upfront, customer-friendly build process. Just days before their wedding, Adam and Blake successfully sold their first spec home in Edmond, Oklahoma, and Bear Creek Homes quickly rose to the top of the luxury home market. Their unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and dedication to providing an exceptional homebuilding experience cemented their position as industry leaders. Bear Creek Homes continues to set new benchmarks among custom luxury homebuilders.

Looking ahead, Bear Creek Homes is eyeing downtown OKC for new residential projects, and Adam and Blake have expanded their reach by engaging with several national retail brands through the commercial arm of their business.

Adam is also channeling the passion that first led him to homebuilding to address the rural housing crisis. Foremost on his agenda is his beloved hometown of Morrison, Oklahoma. Adam understands rural communities are the lifeblood of this state but knows most haven’t seen new homes in 50 years. Adam hopes to replace old, decaying structures with new, energy-efficient homes so future generations can raise their families in strong, supportive, nurturing communities.

Adam and Blake are the proud parents of three children and love spending summers swimming and fishing at Grand Lake. During the fall and spring, they retreat to their family's 160-acre homestead in Noble County, camping and hunting along the banks of Black Bear Creek.
