One of the highlights of the Oklahoma Green Building Summit Sept. 27 is the chance to hear from two people integral to the largest project undertaken in downtown Oklahoma City in decades -- The Devon Tower.
During lunch, Klay Kimker, president of Devon Realty Advisors Inc., and John Wood, with Hines of Chicago, will have a roundtable discussion with Summit attendees.
Another Summit presenter, Jeff Seeliger with Dolese, was very involved with the Devon project. His company poured the concrete for it. He will present with headliner Justin Wilson of Building Performance Solutions earlier in the morning in a session for home builders covering IRC 2009 Part 1.

Klaholt (Klay) Kimker
President, Devon Realty Advisors Inc.
Kimker serves as president of Devon Realty Advisors and is vice president of administration. He is responsible for the enterprise-wide management of the Aviation, Corporate Travel, Global Security, Business Continuity, International Medical, Real Estate and Office Administration departments at Devon. Kimker joined Devon in 1999 as president of DBC, predecessor to Devon Realty Advisors Inc., overseeing the company's real estate activities.
John M. Wood
Hines, Chicago, Ill.
Wood is the officer responsible for the development, acquisition and asset management of projects in the Midwest, and joined Hines in 1999. Prior to joining Hines, Wood was an
officer and pilot in the Air Force.
