John Kirkland, a retired Tulsa mortgage banker and decorated World War II veteran, died March 3, family members said.
He was 95.
Kirkland was featured last November in the Tulsa World series, “Serving our country: World War II veterans remember.”
A service is set for noon Saturday, March 12 at Moore’s Southlawn Funeral Home.
A life member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, he was guest of honor Nov. 10 at HBA’s military appreciation event.
