 Todd Booze of Ideal Homes joined the leadership ranks for the state home builders' association recently as vice president/secretary. Celebrating with him at the installation banquet in Tulsa is his wife, Kris.

Todd Booze of Ideal Homes in Norman has joined the five-member leadership team of the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association.

Booze was installed as vice president/secretary of the OHSBA at the organization's annual installation and awards banquet in Tulsa.

Also on the OSHBA leadership team is Donna Cullins of Norman. Cullins, of Preferred Plans Inc., will serve as vice chair of the Associates Council. The Associates Council is the right arm of the OSHBA, representing businesses that support the home building industry.

Joining Booze on the executive council of the organization which represents 2,800 of his peers statewide are Brandon Perkins, of Tulsa, president; and Jeff Click, Edmond, vice president/treasurer. Michael Herndon, Kingston, is immediate past president; and Terry Jennings, of Oklahoma City, is incoming chairman of the Associates Council of the OSHBA.

About 130 attended the installation and awards banquet, held at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa.

The Oklahoma City metro market was added this month to the list of improving housing markets by the National Association of Home Builders.

The Oklahoma State Home Builders Association is a not-for-profit, professional trade organization that advocates for the state's housing industry and serves some 3,000 members. The association is a corporate channel through which builders contribute time, money and services to lead community service projects and education initiatives.

Members include builders, remodelers, suppliers, manufacturers, architects, engineers, real estate brokers, lenders, attorneys and other industry professionals.
