Bob Hart,  Owner, A Hart Realty Inc., Santa Barbara, Calif.

A real estate Broker for more than 20 years, Hart is a past president of the Santa Barbara

Association of Realtors and is currently on the board of the California and national associations. He chaired the Green Task Force for the California Association of Realtors, served on the Global Climate Change Policy Presidential Advisory Group for NAR and serves as the Executive Branch Advocate to the U.S. Department of Energy.

C. Michael Ming,�Oklahoma Secretary of Energy

Before his appointment last year as Secretary C. Michael Ming was president of the Research Partnership to Secure Energy for America (RESNET) and is a managing member and principal of K. Stewart Energy Group and K. Stewart Petroleum Corp. He holds a bachelor of science degree with distinction in petroleum engineering and a master's degree in engineering management, both from Stanford, where he is an emeritus member and past chairman of the Petroleum Investments Committee. He is serves on the advisory boards for Stanford School of Earth Sciences and the University of Texas Bureau of Economic Geology, and served on the MIT Future of Natural Gas Study.

Justin Wilson, Founder and President, Building Performance Solutions, Colorado Springs, Colo.

Wilson is a leader in research and development of environmental initiatives for the

construction industry. Working with developers, builders, green programs and municipalities, Wilson has helped set the criteria for excellence in building materials and technologies for the building industry. He presents in more than 100 cities a year, to architects, engineers, builders, educators and trade partners on high performance green construction practices.

Temur Akhmedov, LEED AP Engineered Systems and Energy Solutions

Akhmedov was managing partner at Centaurus Technologies and Innovations, previously, and regional director of business development for Verde Strategy Consultants. He is graduate of University of Oklahoma, Uzbek State World Languages University and Tashkent Stat University. He was also a Green Realtor. His specialties are the "Benchmark Oklahoma" Program, Benchmarking, Continuous Benchmarking, Retro-commissioning, LEED AP, LEED certifications, Energy Audits, Energy Efficiency Reports, Green Building Consulting, Energy Efficiency Upgrades, Renewable Energy, Solar Power, BIPV, Strategic Energy Planning.

Brad Ballard, Director, Compressed Natural Gas Division, ONG

Ballard has been with ONEOK/ONG for 33 years and has held multiple positions, from pipeline field construction to gas supply retail marketer. He is a graduate of Tulsa Junior College and holds a double major in finance and marketing from Northeastern State University. Ballard has served on numerous boards including United Way, Rotary, Habitat for Humanity, home builders associations and chambers.

Erin Bevill, Controls Manager, Earth Smart Controls LLC

Earthsmart Controls specializes in state-of-the-art building automation technology to save energy. Earthsmart Controls was founded in 2009, and stemmed from Hunter Mechanical and Controls, which has 25-plus years of experience in the HVAC and Automation industry. Specialty areas are in building automation and facility management systems.

Jenny Gilliland, Energy Manager - Utilities and Energy Management Department, Physical Plant, Oklahoma State University-Stillwater

Jenny Gilliland is one of five energy managers at Oklahoma State University-Stillwater. She has been at OSU since the Energy Conservation Program began in 2007. She is an affiliate member of The Association of Energy Engineers and has completed training in Commercial Green Building Strategies & Design.

Neal Hickerson, Energy Engineer - Utilities and Energy Management Department, Physical Plant Oklahoma State University-Stillwater

Neal Hickerson, CEM, is an energy engineer at Oklahoma State University. He has been at OSU 11 years. He has completed training in Commercial Green Building Strategies & Design and is pursuing certification as a LEED Green Associate with the U.S. Green Building Council.

Jerry King, Chief Mechanical Inspector, City of Oklahoma City

King holds a bachelor of science degree from Mid-America Christian University, and is a Certified Building Official and Certified Master Code Official. He is the Chief Mechanical Inspector for the City of Oklahoma City. King has taught numerous code and technical classes for such organizations as OSU-OKC, Vatterott College, OK Codes, RSES, PHCC, and SWCCC.

Rogge Miller, Environmental Consultant, Guaranteed Watt Saver Systems

Miller is a Building Science and Environmental Consultant with GWS and has been involved in the construction industry 36 years. Certifications include being a RESNET Rater Trainer, HERS, ICC Residential Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner, Council-Certified Microbial Consultant and Council-Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant through IAQ Council, among others.

Kelly Parker, President, Guaranteed Watt Saver

Parker is a professional engineer in 13 states. GWS has 25 full-time employees and has performed more than 50,000 inspections in the past five years and has multiple national awards from EPA, EEBA and RESNET. Parker is past president of the RESNET Board and is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a Certified HERS Rater.

Gary Shlifer, Performance Green Building Professional, Chief Sustainability Professional, CH Guernsey & Company

Shlifer is a LEED Accredited Professional with 15 years of experience, and has in-depth knowledge of green products, materials, methods and systems. He is a consultant and educator in sustainable design practices and is currently the Chief Sustainability Professional and Performance Green Building Consultant at Guernsey.
