Kelly Parker

Kelly is a professional engineer in 12 states, and his company, GWS, is a national award-winning energy, engineering, consulting, and inspection firm. He is past president of the RESNET Board and a Certified HERS Rater. For more than 20 years, he has specialized in energy efficiency and resource training through building science, addressing HVAC design, performance, air infiltration testing, temperature and humidity control.
