Paul Kane (left), Executive Vice President and CEO of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, stands with
Tulsa HBA and OSHBA Past President, Phil Rhees, who was honored with the HBA Spirit Award, an acknowledgement
of the partnership between builders and associate members. The award is the top honor awarded by the Association,
and is presented annually at the Inaugural Gala.


Tulsa HBA Executive Vice President and CEO Paul Kane, serving as the evening's toastmaster, presents a Navajo
Chief's blanket to Billy Parker, radio legend and Tulsa icon, who presented the 70th anniversary commemorative
address and video tribute.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa celebrated 70 years at its annual Inaugural Gala for the 2013 Officers.
The black-tie event was held at Tulsa's Mayo Hotel, December 7, 2012.
