OSHA has recently rescinded the Interim Fall Protection Compliance Guidelines for Residential Construction (STD 3.1) and in doing so the Agency raised concerns that NAHB's fall protection materials may not meet the intent of its Subpart M - Fall Protection standard.

In an effort to ensure that participants of NAHB's Fall Protection Training Seminars have the most pertinent compliance information, NAHB has done two things. The first includes updating the full fall protection training presentation and the second is the development of a new "Resource Guide"; which is attached to this email.
