Today in the Senate Finance Committee there will be a vote on HB 2631. This bill just does away with transferability of tax credits. Makes no difference on what credit, it just deletes the transferability clause.

We think that is wrong. The State has incentivized a need, an action has been taken to fulfill that need, so an obligation is made. It should not make any difference who the final recipient is.

Please take a moment and ask your Senator to vote NO on HB 2631.
